112Emergency number 112: calling for police, rescue service or ambulance. All mobile phones can be used to call the emergency number even if the phone has no SIM card or there is no network coverage.

16 662The poisoning information hotline provides advice and help in case of any type of poisoning. The line is operated by the Health Board and available at the following times:

What to do in a crisis

Every state does whatever it can to prevent or respond to crisis situations. Still, help will not always reach all people quickly enough because some crises can affect a large part of the population and last for days or even weeks.

Until help arrives and services are resumed, your welfare and that of your loved ones will largely depend on your own preparedness.
